This means that any contract entered into with a customer is guaranteed to be completed and is backed up by independent insurance, also at any point in the installation process, and in the unlikely event the client is dissatisfied, an independent

Training
MHE are committed to training young people as Apprentices in the Electrical Installation Industry because in recent times there has been a marked decline in skilled people available, leading to a shortage of tradesmen.
Working with local Training Agencies and JTL the training arm of the ECA we have steered trainees through the apprenticeship schemes to achieve full Qualification. At present MHE have apprentices undergoing training which can take five years to complete.
The benefits to the Company are many, because we have trained our staff they are familiar with the many types of work we undertake. We are then confident in their abilities to complete the work in a professional manner. In turn the young person trained has a skill and qualification which will be with them for life and a good base to expand their ambitions in the future.
Having qualified their City and Guilds training MHE do not stop the training at this point but continue with course modules and updates to keep in touch with the changes in the ever changing Electrical Contracting Industry and associate regulations. |
